The law of karma in Ukraine

If you could live in any country in the world, where would you like to move? — Answer quickly, without thinking. — Did you say in Switzerland? That is the answer I once have received from an Indian Muslim woman from South Africa. What is it showing us? — There are some countries without war, with educated, intelligent, respectable people, who care about nature and the quality of life, and there is… Ukraine. But why is Ukraine such a bad country? Where did corruption, war, AIDS, illegal prostitution, etc. come from? — It is all about karma, the ancient wisdom of “as you sow, so shall you reap.” Unfortunately, a rather large layer of the population of our country prefers not to think about the cause-effect relationships of their own actions.

Where do the problems come from?

Let’s imagine a picture: a car hit a child, and he died or gained a disability. Who is to blame for this tragedy? The driver? Or maybe the officer who gave him the driver’s license after receiving a bribe, but not for knowledge and skills? Dear policemen, letting go of criminals for bribes, remember, that YOUR relatives and friends can become their victims, and you will only have to blame yourself for the subsequent tragedy.

The second situation: a child underwent a poor-quality operation, as a result, he died or gained a disability. So who is to blame this time? The doctor? Or maybe the teacher of a medical university, who allowed a student to get a diploma, once again, not for knowledge and skills, but because he was paid for it? Dear teachers, remember, that taking bribes from students, you are putting your own family at risk, first of all, because one day they may need medical help which they will not be able to get due to ignorance of undereducated specialists.

And finally, the third story: the government official stole money under the pretext of construction of a road or, say, a bridge, as a result, the infrastructure was never created. Later, his daughter or son crashed at night in a car, because they turned onto that same unfinished bridge due to poor lighting of the road, because their father also stole money allocated to purchase of more light bulbs. Who’s guilty? Was it an inevitable fate that could not be changed?

The mentality …

In Ukraine, it is generally believed that misfortunes and troubles occur somewhere there, far away, with someone else, but with us, everything will always be fine, since you can go to church, confess, and, as they say, God will help. BUT, in fact, we ourselves create our own troubles, and most of them can be avoided by considering the consequences of our decisions. How does it work? Our dear beautiful women — if you do not want to become single mothers who have to have three jobs to feed your child — do not initially put yourself in a situation where this can happen. Choose only wealthy boyfriends, officially register your relationship, use condoms, in the end. People who abandon pets because of their old age or illness, remember, that one day you will get old and will also be thrown out into the street in the same way, so do not scream then that no one is helping you, when you, so old and miserable, need help and support so much. Men who abandon their wives for the sake of young lovers, do not complain that the latter have robbed and abandoned you because you did the same to your wives — you used their supply of youth and beauty, and then threw them away as no longer needed ones.

Luck…

Here, many of you may disagree with me and argue that there is a destiny, and we all live under God and do not decide anything. BUT, after all, everyone understands that if you want to win the jackpot, then you should, at least, buy a ticket? And if you want to marry a prince, then you need, at least, to come to the place where they can be found? So are our problems, we ourselves throw garbage past trash bins, give bribes, cheat on exams, and then do not understand why everything is so bad in our country.

And finally …

PEOPLE, remember that we ourselves create our own destiny so we should accept responsibility for our actions, and in order not to suffer from unsolvable problems, we should not initially put ourselves in a situation where these problems may arise. Calculate risks and make the right decisions. To prevent illness is always simpler, cheaper, and more effective than curing a disease.
